Excellence and ingenuity
The CRS supports the best Canadian researchers in hospitals and universities across Canada. Through a national contest where only the best proposals receive support, a scientific committee selects the projects to be funded.
Respect and empathy
The CRS wishes to state the respect and empathy it has for all the people who are affected directly or indirectly by this terrible disease, and who face it with courage and determination. By its actions, it wishes to contribute to an improved quality of life for everyone.
Passion
The CRS has a single focus, that of doing everything possible to help Canadian researchers find solutions to defeat cancer. The CRS acts with conviction, seriousness and passion in each of its activities, so that new discoveries can make a difference.
Cooperation
In each of its fields of activity, a philosophy of teamwork, of involvement and of cooperation animates The CRS. Donors and partners are extremely important contributors to The CRS, which is grateful for their support and their dedication in the fight against cancer.
